In December 2021, they published the infographic below with an overview of 12 social media trends. Now that we are six months later, it is a good time to look at which trends have emerged and what we can expect in the coming six months.
A trend mentioned in the visual is the choice for entrepreneurs to use the functions for short videos more often: from development to publishing. Think Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. The Engineering Directors Email Lists latter is also another trend we can tick off: TikTok’s popularity will continue to rise in 2022. And Facebook still remains at the top with more than 2.8 billion active users every month.
